[Same pronouncement in same words in 26:02;28:02]o

These are the Aa'ya'at of that Book which makes things/knowledge distinct and crystal clear. [12:01]

[Read with 13:37;16:103;20:113;26:195;39:28;41:03,44;42:07;43:03;46:12]

Indeed We have sent that Book [making it] as Written Book/Qur'aan in Arabic language/clear, perspicuous, eloquent, distinct, free from admixture, void of indistinctness, apparent like the daybreak and divested of the froth

o

so that you people may be able to save it in memory/reflect and differentiate [between fact and conjecture] [12:02-read with 43:03]

[Now] We narrate to you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] step by step/event by event, the finest of the happened event/episodes which We had communicated to you in this Qur'aan [in writing earlier]

o

and you the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] were indeed amongst those who were certainly un-aware of it in the time/period before this Qur'aan. [12:03]

[One day] When Yu'suf [alai'his'slaam] said for [to] his father, "O my father! I indeed saw in the dream eleven planets and the Sun and the Moon,

o

I watched them that they were for me like those who come nearer/pay obeisance"; [12:04]

his father advised him, "O my dear son! mind it you should not narrate your dream to your brothers, for the reason that in sequel they might conspire a plot against you [by whispers of jealousy].

o

Indeed the Shaitan is for human beings a declared evident enemy. [12:05]

And this is how your Sustainer Lord will choose you and He will teach/make you know the final outcome/result/logical conclusive interpretation of the narrations/statements/dreams.

And He will complete His blessing upon you and on the family/followers of Ya'qoob like He had completed upon your two forefathers [grand father and grand grand father] Iebra'heim [علیہ السلام] and Ies'hauq [علیہ السلام].

o

Indeed your Sustainer Lord is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise, Knower of invisible/hidden realities/ considerations". [12:06]

Undoubtedly in the happened events between Yu'suf [علیہ السلام] and his brothers are knowledgeable signs for the seekers [of lesson from past events faced by others]. [12:07]

When they said amongst themselves, "Indeed Yu'suf and his mother-born brother are more beloved and nearer for our father than us though we are a group [deserving more attention and position]

o

Indeed our father is certainly in an evident state of forgetfulness/negligent of us. [12:08]

You people kill Yu'suf or you carry him to some other land/city.

This [Yu'suf's absence] will make the attention of your father exclusively focused for you people;

o

and you people may after that live as righteous people". [12:09]

One of the participant of discussion amongst them said, "Do not kill Yu'suf and instead lower him into the bottom of the ditch/channel.

o

Some of the passing by caravan will pick him up, if you people intend to act". [12:10]

They said, "O our father, what is for you that you should not trust us regarding Yu'suf

o

while we are indeed for him certainly the well wishers. [12:11]

You send him with us tomorrow to let him enjoy and play

o

and we are indeed for him certainly the caretakers/guards". [12:12]

He replied, "Indeed it surely saddens me that you people may go away with him [from my presence]

o

and I fear that the wolf might eat him while you are negligent/unmindful of him". [12:13]

They argued, "Indeed if the wolf eats him while we as a group are there then indeed in that case we are certainly the losers" [12:14]

As a sequel to father's permission when they went away with him and they unanimously agreed that they may put him in the bottom of the ditch/dug channel.

o

And [when they were doing this] We communicated to him, "Certainly you will remind them about their this act and they do not perceive it" [12:15]

And [after having lowered him in the ditch] they came to their father weeping at early night. [12:16]

They said, "O our father, indeed we went away racing each other

and we left Yu'suf near our possessions, for reason [of our absence/neglecting him] the wolf ate him.

o

And you will certainly not be believing one for us notwithstanding we are truthful" [12:17]

And they brought his shirt with artificial false blood.

[Same pronouncement in same words in 12:83]

He said, "No, that is not the truth, in fact your inner selves have deluded for you the affair.

[Same pronouncement in same words in 12:83]

Therefore/as a result it is the most dignified perseverance [that can help].

[Same pronouncement in 21:112]o

And Allah is the One sought for help upon what you people are conjecturing". [12:18]
