We do not descend Angels except with the proven truth/act having become obligatory and at the point in time of their descending they people are not the ones whom respite is given. [15:08]
Indeed We have sent the Grand Qur'aan/the Awakener/Reminder and indeed for him We are certainly the protector/guard. [15:09]
And indeed We had sent [Messengers and the Awakener/Book] in times before you, the Messenger [Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam] in earlier people of varying identities. [15:10] [Same pronouncement in same words in
36:30] And whenever the Messenger came to them they took him but non seriously jestingly, they were playful with. [15:11] [Read with

And had We in those days opened for them like entrance into the Sky, then/for reason they kept ascending in it, [15:14]
they would have certainly said, "Indeed our vision has been dazzled, no perhaps that is not the case, we have been made illusionary/hallucinated". [15:15] [Similar information in
